2. Eligibility
To enroll in the Program, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if under 18. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
3. Program Access and Use
a. The Program grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for personal learning purposes only.
b. Any unauthorized distribution, sharing, or reproduction of Program content is strictly prohibited.
c. The Program may include interactive sessions, video content, and downloadable resources, which are for individual use only.
4. Pricing and Payment Policy
a. Program Fees: The total fee for the Program is $199.00, which must be paid in full
before beginning the course.
b. Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other specified
payment methods.
c. Refund Policy: A full refund will be given if requested within 7 days of purchase.
After the seventh day, the customer is fully committed to the full price, and no refunds will be issued.
d. Payment Plans: Payment in full is required before accessing the Program; no payment plans are available.
5. Cancellation and Termination
a. Users may cancel their enrollment at any time, but payments made are non-refundable unless covered by the refund policy.
b. The Program reserves the right to terminate or suspend access for any user found violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent activities.
6. Intellectual Property Rights and DMCA Policy
All content, including videos, texts, images, and other materials, are the property of Two Birds Flight Attendant Prep Program and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
