We are thrilled to welcome you to our online Flight Attendant Prep Program! Our passion for the airline industry and commitment to helping aspiring flight attendants like you are the reasons we've created this course, and we couldn’t be more excited to be part of your journey.
With decades of combined experience as flight attendants and instructors, we understand firsthand the challenges and excitement that come with pursuing this career. Looking back, we only wish we had a program like this to guide us through the process. That’s why we created this platform—to provide you with the tools, knowledge, and support you need to confidently navigate the path to becoming a flight attendant.
Our experience includes years of flying with major airlines and teaching at an Airline Careers School, where we helped students of all ages secure positions in the airline industry. When the school closed its doors after 46 years in operation, we knew we had to continue our mission to prepare the next generation of flight attendants.
This program is designed to walk you through every step—from applying and interviewing to successfully completing airline training. We are here to support you, cheer you on, and equip you with the skills to turn your dream into reality.

Hello! Over 25 years ago, I began my own journey in the flight attendant world, and I can only wish I had a platform like this to help me prepare for what lay ahead. It was my third interview with an airline when I received my CJO (Conditional Job Offer), and I couldn’t have been more excited to begin living my dream. I was hired by Alaska Airlines and spent 17 wonderful years as a flight attendant before retiring with flight benefits for life. Shortly after leaving Alaska Airlines, I joined the International Air and Hospitality Academy, where I had the privilege of teaching students aged 18 to 50 in the school’s Air Specialist program. The comprehensive, five-month course covered Flight Attendant training, Ramp Services, Passenger Service, and Reservations, among other topics. After 46 years of operation, the school closed, which has brought me here to help YOU achieve your dream. It has been incredibly fulfilling to be part of my students’ journeys to becoming flight attendants, and that’s why my partner and I created this program – to help guide you every step of the way.
